They took the ability to order tea from the app? Why? Now me and my social anxiety have to go inside and order the tea

Neither work honestly why even have them. it’s worse to offer services that literally do not function than to not have them at all

Cannot login at all (iPhone 15 Latest IOS)

Up until iOS 17 it worked fine, however since the update the app is literally unusable. You cannot proceed past the login screen. Nothing happens when tapping on the field to enter your phone number.

Trying to verify my account I created in a store & can’t enter my phone number - tapping in the field does nothing. The only other option is an email login, so I click on the “Forgot Password” link - which does send me a code, so I have an account - but then I can’t type the code to reset my password, so I’m still locked out.

i try to add money to my wallet and their are 4 options for 0.00 dollars and u cant type in an amount. so no way to order from the app. and u cant just charge a card for the order, u have to add to your wallet. u can still use your qr code for rewards tho. please update this! i cant even use my reward for 2 dollars off because it has to be placed w a mobile order.
