Team Deliveries turns multi-person document collection into one clear, private workflow. Create a delivery task without being forced into a template. Add each participant and role, define the exact files they are responsible for, and share an independent invitation with a six-digit verification code. Participants can open the secure upload page in a browser without installing an app or creating an account. For task owners: - See every active task and its real completion state. - Assign each file request to a specific person and role. - Add deadlines, formats, periods, examples, and instructions. - Import request items from a documented CSV template with a local preview before anything is created. - Review received files, accept them, or return them with a clear reason. - Track outstanding, awaiting-review, and accepted items separately. - Export the checklist and delivered files when the handoff is complete. For invited participants: - Verify a private invitation with a simple code. - See only the files assigned to them. - Choose all files once, review the suggested matches, and upload them together. - Use the same secure workflow in a web browser without downloading the app. Security and privacy: - Short-lived authorization protects upload and download access. - Uploaded content is checked against its claimed file format. - Baseline malware scanning is applied before a file becomes available. - Files stay in private object storage and are not used for advertising. - The service does not sell personal data or track users across apps and websites. - Workspace owners can permanently delete the workspace, accounts, tasks, audit records, and stored files. Team Deliveries supports English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese. Optional subscriptions Basic supports up to 50 active delivery tasks; Plus supports up to 200. Monthly and annual auto-renewable plans are available through Apple In-App Purchase. Annual plans are charged once per year. Prices and currency are displayed before purchase. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple subscription settings. The optional 14-day trial requires no payment and does not renew automatically.
