## What is TEAM K?

Vilt þú verða andlega og líkamlega sterk? 

Hvort sem markmið þitt er að byggja þig upp andlega og líkamlega, grennast, auka sjálfstraust og vellíðan, er þetta app fyrir þig :)

Þetta app býður upp á heima, gym og byrjenda prógram sem easy er að svissa á milli. 

Ég set nýjar æfingar inn alltaf á 2ja vikna fresti svo ykkur á aldrei eftir að leiðast :)

Þær æfingar sem eru aðeins meira krefjandi bíð ég alltaf upp á val um auðveldari leið.

Ég vinn mikið með "Mind Muscle Connection" og "Time Under Tension" sem er algjört lykilatriði þegar kemur að þvi að ætla byggja upp vöðvamassa.

Inn á appinu fáið þið helling af fræðslu í sambandi við æfingarnar og mataræði því að vera með réttu tökin í byrjun flýtir fyrir að þið fáið sjáanlegan árangur :)

Ég hanna allar heima æfingar í takt við gym æfingar en þær sem bjóða ekki upp á nákvæmlega eins, er samt alltaf sami vöðvahópur að vinna.

Þetta er 5 daga vöðvaskipt prógram með val um 6. daginn. Þá hafið þið alltaf 2 æfingar til að velja um.

-Mini band 2-3 styrkleikar.

HEIMA:
-Mini band 2-3 styrkleikar.
-Resistance Band létt-miðlungs.
-Lóðir (4-5 kg) eða flöskur.
-Stóll

The download of TEAM K is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use TEAM K app, we offer one of the following options:


Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
