this app doesn't work at all. there seems to be no support. I've tried lots of settings, but it will not keep track of anyone.

**Developer response:** Please could you check iOS use cases preventing location updates:
- Fully closed Team Locator i.e. not in your open apps list
- Not enabled "Background App Refresh"  (via Settings App) 
- Missing authorization for "Always" location service (via Settings App)
- Power saving mode
- Ongoing traditional voice call
- Restart of device
