Recently discovered that I am locked out of my account and don’t know why. Seems to be no way of
Finding out. Last time I tried to login it said that my account is locked. No reason. Whatever! I didn’t think much of the app in the first place.

I have only used this app for a few days and have seen people reporting dumb things. Like the police responding to an apartment for playing loud music and a truck parked on the sidewalk on Grandview. Truck had a flat tire. Does anyone with the city notice this?
