## What is Team Transformerz Coaching?

Achieve your physical transformation with the Team Transformerz Coaching: 
Diet & Training app. Unlike other apps, you'll have a coach responsible for you, who will draw up your diet and training plans according to your feedback. Throughout your subscription, you'll also have access to a direct chat with the coach, with video and voice message features included.

-          Exchange text/voice notes and messages with your Personal Coach; 
-          Weekly Check-ins;
 -          Daily Habit Forms; 
-          Progress Overview; 
-          Nutrition Diary; 
-          Choose between Meal Plans and Tracking Calories;
-          Nutritional Facts database with more than 1.000.000 Foods; 
-          Add custom entries to the Food Database; 
-          Workout Log; 
-          Exercise Videos Library (more than 400 exercises covered); 
-          Body Recomposition divided into several Phases; 
-          Supplement Plans (optional, guided by scientific evidence); 
-          Access to a private client group on Telegram and Facebook. 

How Does the Team Transformerz Coaching: Diet & Training Work? 
-          Based on your information and fitness goals we are going to create a strategy, regarding both nutrition and training; 
-          You can choose to start by following a meal plan made by our team; -          Then we are going to help you and teach you how to track your calories with our app (if needed);
-          You can count calories within the app, using our food database, or you can add your own foods to the database; 
-          Every week, we are going to evaluate you progress and adjust (if needed) our recommendations regarding your nutrition and training strategy. 
-          Now you have everything you need to achieve your body recomposition goals! 

Who is Team Transformerz: Team Transformerz was created in Lisbon, Portugal, with the mission to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. Since 2013 Team Transformerz has worked with tens of thousands of clients. We are very proud to be a team made up of qualified and experienced professionals in the field of Nutrition, Personal Training and Psychology. We offer 3 different subscriptions that provide full access to the app and all its features. You can choose to subscribe monthly, for 6 months, or annually.
