Great app, can add to the previous day if you forget to update anything. Straight forward and user friendly. Keeps you on track without being obsessive. Truly amazed by how much of an aid it is to progress abs consistency

Diet plan is simply amazing lost 13kg in 7 weeks. Excellent customer service answers all questions straight away. Can’t thank the guy enough. Highly recommend.
