Конечно прикольно, сначала лайкают и надо купить премиум, ну да ладно это как бы везде так, но есть возможность написать либо если метч, то можно тоже написать, мне не одна душа не ответила, по этому предполагаю что в приложении боты

No way to filter, the filters do not work. You have to upload pictures and none of them are approved - makes no sense. The verification also does not work. Basically a useless app that now has my pictures.

Your response is surprisingly condescending for a customer service reply. Starting with “Let’s get this straight: first of all…” isn’t a great way to address someone who took the time to provide feedback.
My review wasn’t about whether you have photo requirements—it was about the fact that my completely normal photos were repeatedly rejected with no explanation. Telling users to email support after the fact doesn’t fix the poor user experience. If a photo is rejected, the app should clearly explain why so users know what to change.
Instead of responding defensively, you might consider taking customer feedback seriously. That’s how apps improve.

Let's get this straight: first of all, the search shows user profiles based on your criteria. When such users run out, we slightly expand the boundaries of the filters. We also have requirements for uploaded photos. Photos can be rejected for placement as the main one if they do not fit according to the rules of placement. Не возможно отменить автопродление подписки! Поддержка в приложении игнорирует!
Кнопка отменить есть , но в реальности она не работает, в поддержке пишут отписки про аплл стор. Мошенники!
Хорошая команда поддержки
Честно, не ожидал, что в приложении для знакомств будет адекватная поддержка. Обычно там или боты, или отвечают через три дня. Тут ответили быстро и по делу. Молодцы❤️
