The interface is super easy to use and you'll be able to store all your files in the could and share them with anyone you want! ### 4/5 — Great but lacking basic printing options *2014-03-03, version 3.2.903* Great app, works as advertised. It does, however, lack some basic features. The most important ones are the lack of an option to choose paper size (letter, legal, A4, etc) and the ability to print specific pages from a document. It would also be nice to behave a "fit to page" setting (usually needed when printing images). Look for something to print from ipad2. So far Cortado performed the test print. Now try so more. Initially I had a bit of trouble with the registration process on the iPhone, but the support team was quick and very helpful. Want to print to a network printer when you're not on the network? Cortado prints out full color documents to my Dell Laser printer beautifully. I was on my way to a meeting and realized that I had forgotten a document. I quickly printed it from my iPhone. I was able to go back home and pick up the waiting document and return to my meeting only slightly late. Cortado allows you to access your online documents from any computer. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — All my photos are gone *2016-07-04, version 7.16.185* I registered an account and I put all my photos of my friends and once I put them there I deleted them off my camera roll because I trusted the app but when I tried to log in it said I was not registered and I lost all my photos and I can't get them back😪 ### 1/5 — Unreliable! Uninstalled. *2013-03-19, version 3.1.848* I have an Okidata printer. Since I saw a press release from Okidata naming Cortado as their partner, I was not deterred when the app did not work properly. Problems ranging from not finding the printer, printing blank pages, and printing intermittently. After many weeks of working with support and providing log files, Cortado simply responded with "Sorry, we can't help you". Another comment was that I was printing a file too large for Cortado to handle. The funny thing is, I was printing the same one page PDF file of Google home page for testing purposes, and it only print some of the times. Cortado is not a functional solution. ### 1/5 — Can't print to Brother Printer Wirelessly *2013-01-19, version 3.0.718* I'm using an "iphone 5" with iOS 6.0.2 downloaded this software so I can print to my "Brother Laser Printer 2270DW" wirelessly using my iphone and I get an "Unknown Error" doesn't work! Plus I hate the fact you have to use there browser to surf the net and then save the web page document in there interface and then print (if your able to get that feature to work) it's disappointing 👎👎 ### 1/5 — Very Disappointed *2012-05-18, version 2.3.1239* I was hoping that I had finally found an app that I could print from my iphone without having an airprint printer. Though that was what was promised with this app, that is not what I found to be true. What a waste of time this was. Seriously, don't waste your time. I have spent the last hour messing around with it to realize that it just simply doesn't work. I have also called their customer service only to repeatedly get a message saying they are too busy to take my call and that I'd have to call back. Really? Any reputable company has a line set up to put calls in que to wait for customer service so that confirmed for me that this is a joke. Thanks for nothing Cortado!! Wait, thanks for wasting about an hour of my time!! ### 1/5 — Don't bother! *2012-01-19, version 2.3.1239* Tried it myself and concur with the others. You need to request a free trial of the print server service. After doing that, I printed the test page successfully. But I could only print another document 1/3 of the way and it stuck. I had to cancel the print . Another try yielded the same result. The positive reviews must be from the company. ### 1/5 — cortado workplace *2010-11-23, version 0* This is the worst app I've downloaded from the app store. I couldn't even get to first base. It wouldn't recognize the pin it sent me. I tried to follow the directions in it's welcome letter which didn't really match any of my process choices. I've deleted this app. It isn't even worth it cost....free. ### 1/5 — Fails to deliver *2010-09-27, version 0* Once again an app that promises to print fails to deliver in the real world. The app can't print to a printer shared from a desktop machine. It doesn't find it and it errors if I directly enter the desktop's IP address. Without this feature it is just another cloud storage solution with half the free storage of it's competitors. Fail. ### 1/5 — Doesn't Recognize popular printer *2010-07-15, version 0* The epson stylus photo 1400 is one of the most recognized in the home/professional graphics business...yet it is not on "the list" for printers in the extensive file. I own iPhone 3GS with all the latest firmware and iOS 4. Too bad it doesn't work. ### 1/5 — Promotes theft *2010-03-19, version 0* This program creates a huge security issue for a company who is running any type of print managment software on a sever where users are directed to a program that issues an approval before sending a print job to network printers. The issue is created if your printers cam be seen on your network and you have wifi on the network. If you allow users to be logged onto the network with their iPhone with this program users can "see " all of the network printers. They then can print directly from the phone to the printer without being forced to the approval software on the server. I have a network set up in this manor and have directly printed to all my network printers without going to the software ### 2/5 — This app frustrates me... *2011-10-18, version 2.1.1029* It does what it says but it doesn't connect to iWork apps that I have already downloaded. If you can print here why can't apple make a print solution for other printers.
