Very confusing. Before that, things were fine 🥲. ### 2/5 — Please Read *2026-08-27, version 10.0.4* This app needs to have the functionality of a calendar that shows multiple teams if you are coaching multiple teams or have kids that are on multiple teams there needs to be a calendar view where you can select which of the teams that you’re in show up on one single view. You also need to fix the bug that makes it when someone comments on a post that that post shows us the most recent all in-line comments should still show under the post on the date. It was originally sent not appear as the newest post! ### 3/5 — Good App but Regular Issues *2026-08-26, version 10.0.3* Great App but has regular crashing issues where you can’t open posts to read or add comments so are left in the dark for long periods over team communication. Crashes often & regular upload issues with photos. Could be a great app. Sadly the recent update hasn’t fixed its fundamental issues. Would be my preferred team app if crashing issues were fixed & if comments on old posts didn’t push the post to the top hiding recent posts. Posts should be left in chronological order. ### 3/5 — User friendly *2026-08-20, version 10.0.3* We use TeamReach for our local youth cheer organization. It would be great if there was a direct message tab that the direct messages only go to that tab and not in your feed. Also direct messages disappear. I can see on my phone Notifications that they come through but when I go to the actual group and into that direct message, the reply from a parent is not there.. The potential for this app is there but it’s just not meeting the needs that we have to better communicate. ### 3/5 — Issues with messages *2026-08-20, version 10.0.3* So the app is great. Some of the improvements they made are better than the previous versions. HOWEVER, they really need to fix the messaging functions. Messages pop up as notifications but then you go in to the app and they are not there. Everyone of my parents are having issues and we’ve more just resulted in texting because it’s extremely frustrating. You’ll respond to a message, the other person will see it and respond but then it’s like the message was never there. Please fix this and then the app will be great. Also, give the coach a notification when someone RSVP’s to a game or practice. I get email notifications for replies that do not populate in the app. It closes out on me while trying to post messages to my teams and since it doesn’t save the drafts I have to wait for it to try and load back in and rewrite it all. The 40% of time it doesn’t work it just doesn’t load any of the content within my groups then freezes so I can’t go backward to the main page. I have 3 teams and 6 groups. It has become beyond frustrating. I have reached out to support and submitted tickets. ### 3/5 — Inconsistent timestamps, font shrunk *2026-08-14, version 10.0.3* Why are timestamps sorted one direction in main chat screen, but the opposite direction when viewing a reply thread? My notifications are set to show but don’t unless I open the app. I’m better off just texting. Respondes are delayed or responses are posting to the chat. I wish and hope this can get figured out quickly! 8/8 not sure if there was another update but messages are disappearing and members are not seeing them. I hope these gets sorted out quick otherwise I’ll have to move my teams to another platform ### 2/5 — Event notifications not working *2026-08-08, version 10.0.3* Ever since the last app update about a month ago, I no longer receive notifications of new events. I have to open the app to see if anything was post. By that time, it’s often full and I’m on a waitlist. It always worked for me before. This is very bad! I even went to ask for email notifications and never get those either. My settting are fine. The abilities of Leaders has changed. I can’t get rid of comments in the rsvp section, even ones I wrote myself. I used to be able to change a members rsvp status which I found helpful but I can no longer do that. Old version was better. ### 3/5 — Unable to get notifications *2026-07-24, version 10.0.2* First experience using the app. Overall it seems that it could be a very helpful platform. Most of the other users in my league seem to really enjoy it. However, myself and a couple other people I know have no luck getting the app to send notifications. I have them all set to on within the app. I thought maybe it was an iOS setting. However, when pulling up TeamReach in the settings of an iPhone, the app itself shows as if it does not even have the ability to send notifications. Unlike any of communication or social media app. I’m unsure what to do about it. Would love some feedback. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app several times and am up to date with the newest version. ### 2/5 — Improved but has one horrible UX change *2026-07-21, version 10.0.2* Overall, new app design and performance has improved but now it's very difficult to tell each separate thread apart. They now look like one long chat. Need to separate them more. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Since the update my child can’t use the app at all *2026-08-25, version 10.0.3* We have been successfully using team reach. However since the update they have also updated their app ratings app rating to 13+. Which has logged my 12 year old out of the entire app and frozen it on the “contact support” page. Other sporting comms apps are still rated at 4+. This is a really good way of removing intermediate teams where both parents and kids are in the app. ### 1/5 — Notifications gone *2026-08-12, version 10.0.3* Used to work ok but not now. Can’t get notifications to work at all even though my notifications settings are correct in the app. Teamreach isn’t even listed in the notifications list in my iOS. Worked ok with my old iPhone but since my new iPhone 17 I get nothing. ### 1/5 — Bugs in upgrade *2026-08-12, version 10.0.3* This app has so much potential but always misses the mark. DMs that go to the whole group is not an acceptable bug. Can’t reach app support. Usability is terrible. Now I can never tell when someone has made an update to an event. Makes it very hard to manage a large group. Contacted support on July 5. No resolution at this time. Worked great for our golf team. This new app is terrible. You can’t load pictures. Can’t see recent pictures. I have an Apple phone can load and see at times not always. With androids can not load period!! It’s really not fun anymore. Reinstalled this app but don’t remember my password. I’ve tried to reset it multiple times. I never receive the reset code. I’ve filled out the online form that says you’ll hear back in 24 hours. Have gotten zero response ### 1/5 — Calendar access is terrible *2026-07-15, version 10.0.1* As another reviewer noted I can no longer add events to my calendar unless I grant the app full access to my calendar. Love the app and the latest update looks much cleaner. Only a few suggestions I’d recommend: 1) Admin visibility on posts/messages - A 9/12 Read, 3/12 Unread type of view 2) I can “Duplicate” events, but cannot deselect the Original team the event already exists on. After selecting the “New” team and the Original team (by default), the Original team is notified of a new event (the duplicated event) and I have to delete the duplicated event.
