Contacted them however they were no help at all. Used to work fine until last year. ### 3/5 — Great idea - but issues *2024-11-12, version 2.6.42* Since update 6 days ago, can’t login due to server error. ### 2/5 — Poor booking process *2024-10-26, version 2.6.34* The booking process is not optimised for iPhone 14 Pro screen size. The UI hides the co firm button below the page limit so you cannot proceed. There is not capacity to reclaim a credit on the account. I had a £74 credit but have to pay 100% of the new booking. In the end you have to input card details, in this day and age why not just implement Apple Pay? Nearly gave up personally. ### 1/5 — Needs fixing *2024-04-01, version 2.6.34* Cannot book any experiences due to the layout of the screen. The book button is located off of the screen and only visible upon swiping up/down but then the book button slides back off of the screen ### 1/5 — Landscape mode not working. B) You can't book sessions using the app. The grey bar with 'done' covers the red button at the bottom of the screen so it's not possible to progress further in the iOS app. ### 3/5 — Great when it works *2024-01-21, version 2.6.34* Been using the app since October 2023, when my lad started karting, features like live race and driver display are great when he’s out on track, so you can keep track of lap times and positioning. However, these features have not been working since before Christmas at the Nottingham track, so having to rely on emails at the end of the session for the lap times ### 1/5 — Hopeless app *2023-12-20, version 2.6.22* Almost impossible to complete a transaction successfully. First attempt it invariably changes you a random amount at check out (between 2 and 2.5 times more than it should), once you empty basket and re attempt it asks you to login again and confirm with code on email which is never sent. Many thanks. ### 2/5 — Can we get the bugs fixed *2023-10-13, version 2.6.22* The auto rotate function has stopped working on Both of my iPhones (both phones up to date) which is so annoying when trying to watch live timings! You can see the fastest lap!!! Please get this fixed asap! When paying via card, the app asks what country the card is registered in and the UK is right at the end of the list!!! And takes an age to scroll to. We are members so book on a regular basis and it’s a real pain! How many countries and proportion of your customers are not in the Uk? Can it be listed at the top of the list pls ?? When booking, annoyingly, the final confirmation button hides under the screen border/done button/swipe menu of the phone on my iPhone 11 - making it near impossible to confirm the booking. You have to try to scroll the booking screen up and then hit the confirm button before it disappears down behind the menu again. Can often take multiple attempts (5-10) before you catch it right! It’s a nightmare…. Pls get these bugs fixed asap ### 3/5 — Please fix landscape mode on iOS *2023-09-09, version 2.6.22* The app really is useless trackside when you cannot switch to landscape mode. At first it flickers then reverts to portrait. Further attempts doesn’t nothing. It is so easy to book a session and the get10 and three4two AND race again vouchers really change the price of things to make it more affordable. ALL the staff are nice tracks are brilliant but I’m just wondering why it keeps on saying TeamSport Cambuslang at the top of my screen. I have headphones in my helmet and it would be great if the app told me my lap time audibly, so rather than having my phone mounted to the go kart, I could have my phone in my pocket and just listen to my lap times. Only slight tweak would be for showing the fastest lap. If you are at a track which has three versions of its circuit. It would be nice for it to distinguish which version you are on and show the fastest lap for each one. So if you go on your profile you would see Club - Fastest Lap, Le Man - Fastest Lap, International - Fastest Lap.
