### 2.0 — 2026-06-05

This release brings a major upgrade to the employee experience on iOS. You now receive native push notifications for schedule changes, new shift offers, and absence updates — no more missed swaps or surprises. We added a dedicated onboarding flow so you can enable alerts in just two taps, and a recovery path if you ever need to re-enable permissions later.

The bottom navigation has been rebalanced so Absences sit right on the main bar, just one tap away. Throughout the app we added native iOS haptic feedback, larger touch targets, and native date pickers so forms feel like they belong on your phone. The timesheet and schedule views were rebuilt with mobile-first layouts that eliminate overflow and too much scrolling.

Employees can now claim open shifts directly from their phone as soon as they become available. The new Time in Lieu panel shows your accrued balance in real time, and the shared-device kiosk clock-in works smoothly with PIN entry and biometric unlock. We also added in-app help topics so you can find answers without leaving the app, plus dozens of iOS-specific keyboard and focus fixes for a smoother, faster workflow.
