It appears the free version of the app is no longer working or supported with individual or business accounts I tried.

It often doesn't update for weeks at a time (meaning you don't receive notifications for weeks). This defeats the purpose since I want this app to ensure I receive notifications whether my phone is nearby or not. It's great when it works but it's too inconsistent to be relied on.

I purchased this because the free version was working inconsistently but the paid version is just as bad.  It often doesn’t update for weeks at a time (meaning you don’t receive notifications for weeks). If the watch still doesn’t sync, try signing out in the TeamsSync iPhone app, signing back in, and giving it a moment to reconnect.

Several times randomly the app on my watch logs out and will not login

**Developer response:** I’m really sorry about the trouble with unexpected logouts - I know how frustrating that can be. I’ve just released an update that improves authentication and should make sign-in much more reliable.

If you still see this issue, a quick fix that often helps is to sign out in the TeamsSync iPhone app, sign back in, and let the watch resync. And if the problem continues, please reach out to me so I can take a closer look.
