It often doesn’t update for weeks at a time (meaning you don’t receive notifications for weeks). This defeats the purpose since I want this app to ensure I receive notifications whether my phone is nearby or not. It’s great when it works but it’s too inconsistent to be relied on. ### 2/5 — Logs me out without permission *2025-09-29* Several times randomly the app on my watch logs out and will not login **Developer response:** I’m really sorry about the trouble with unexpected logouts - I know how frustrating that can be. I’ve just released an update that improves authentication and should make sign-in much more reliable. If you still see this issue, a quick fix that often helps is to sign out in the TeamsSync iPhone app, sign back in, and let the watch resync. This is probably because your organization doesn’t allow automatic renewal of your login credentials once they’ve expired. Normally, login credentials need to be refreshed every few days, and this should happen automatically. In your case, however, there’s likely an internal policy in your company that prevents this. This app will just simply not authenticate. It’s an endless loop. Once you sign in, goes right back to the science screen from the authenticator.
