There are so many free apps that are better. Teamstuff crashes all the time on iOS. It makes you pay for features, such as group messaging. Additionally, customer service is lacking. I have the full version but these pricks can’t be bothered responding. You tap on the calendar to sign up for event and it just says you have nothing on the schedule. There is nothing where you can sign up! can’t even sign up! So I went through the website and was able to stumble my way around that to sign up- but now can not even do that. Horrible horrible app! I use iPhone and every step of the way this app stinks. I too a couple years off coaching and when I started up again this year I automatically went to Teamstuff. Notifications don’t send, so the team isn’t made aware of any changes to schedule or plans. There is absolutely no customer service or support now either. Look for another alternative to this app! ### 1/5 — No longer supported *2020-10-21, version 3.12.0* On their own feedback site there are multiple requests to fix major bugs that are going unanswered. The notification system is broken which renders the app and web page virtually unusable. Many teams are now moving to other better supported apps I now have to send emails to team members with reminders etc ### 1/5 — Crashing on iPad and iPhone - not reliable for serious team management *2020-10-07, version 3.12.0* The app was ok and worked well, but recently it has had reliability issues - it crashes! It is good at communicating with your team members and the parents, and tracking who is attending. For the price of less than 2 coffees per year, all games, trainings, venues, and other information all out directly put in my calendar (4 kids...so this helps a lot!). Really like this app! It’s perfect for me. ### 5/5 — Love this app for all my teams! *2019-04-25, version 3.12.0* I’ve been using Teamstuff for years to manage multiple youth teams (football, flag football, basketball and baseball). This makes managing my teams so much easier! I can instantly send out a team message ... way easier than email. It also allows you to create your own team email address which will send your email to everyone signed up on your team. The biggest challenge has been getting all the parents to sign up (some are more tech savvy than others!), but once I’ve got them lined out it’s easy. I’ve seen reviews that say that you have to sign up for Pro for it to be useful but that’s not true ... none of my parents are signed up for Pro and it works fine. I signed up for Pro as the admin just to get some of the upgrades but $5 is pretty darn reasonable for something that Bri gs sanity to team management. I’ve never dealt with the payment function so can’t speak to that. The game and practice calendars are easy to use. Every time I’ve had a problem with anything I just go to their fAQ website and found easy to understand instructions. I’ve even had to email them once when I couldnt figure it and they were quick to respond. If you’re looking for an affordable team management app, i highly recommend this one! ### 5/5 — Love Teamstuff *2019-04-24, version 3.12.0* Teamstuff makes my life as a soccer manager so much easier, I’m not sure how I’d manage without it.
