The login doesn’t work half the time and it is near impossible to view candidates or messages. Completely unusable with candidates and jobs stuck in an endless loop of refreshing. I went with Teamtailor in part due to the mobile functionality and it’s been really damaging not being able to use it. Similar to the website, it looks pretty but unfortunately is lackluster functionally. You can not filter candidates or sort like you can online. You can’t look at jobs. Quite why CVs (pdfs) can’t be viewed within the app is a complete mystery. This has been basic iOS functionality for years. To have to swap out to Safari, download the CV, then view it separately in the Files app is (a) unacceptable from a UX perspective and (b) a GDPR nightmare making the app unsuitable for use in the UK and any other country that cares about personal data ### 2/5 — At best basic. Reality, poor *2025-03-16, version 3.5.5* This is a limited App. It has some of the main features of TT but is limited to reviewing a recruitment campaign on the fly as opposed to being able to design one. There are significant bugs in numerous areas. For an example the notification goes out of sync easily and the number of notifications you see sometimes has no relationships to the number of mail or alerts. However the real weakness is the Team Tailor platform itself with unreliable triggers, phantom errors and message templates which does one thing on one occasion and does something completely unexpected the next. Been logging and working through these with the support team but most of these consultations end up with unresolved errors. So the App is poor but the platform itself is poor so can’t expect much more than this.
