## What is TeamTimes?

TeamTimes runs your small team's week — the rota, the clock sheet and everyone's pay — and it works with or without internet.

PLAN THE WEEK
• A simple weekly rota: tap a day for a Day shift, a Night shift, or both.
• Set exact start and finish times, or recurring weekly schedules and staffing targets.

THE DIGITAL PAPER SHEET
• Every member's start and finish times, day by day.
• Type times by hand (cardless mode) or take them from card taps.
• Forgotten clock-outs are spotted for you — fix them in two taps.

THE iPHONE IS THE KIOSK
• Staff tap their name on your phone to clock in and out.
• Lock the phone to the kiosk screen with Guided Access and leave it by the door.

PAY, COMPUTED PROPERLY
• Live balances for every member, allocated to the oldest unpaid days first.
• Settle any amount; the history stays on record.

WORKS OFFLINE
• Rotas, hours and pay are computed on your iPhone. No signal? Everything still works — changes queue up and sync the moment you're back online.

ASK TEAMTIMES
• "Who worked the most this week?" The assistant answers from your real records. It can read your figures; it can never change or invent them.

ALSO
• Home-screen widget: who's on the clock and today's rota.
• Sign in with Apple, Google, or a TeamTimes username.
• Export everything, or delete your account and all its data, any time.

TeamTimes is a record-keeping aid, not payroll software — always check figures before paying anyone.
