## What is Team'Up?

Team’Up helps you create fair, practical groups tailored to the real people in your class, team, activity, or project.

Organize your participants, choose the criteria that matter, and let Team’Up suggest a balanced arrangement. Then review the result, make manual adjustments, and save each grouping for whenever you need it.

With Team’Up, you can:
· Create and reuse people across different rosters.
· Add participants manually, paste a list, or import a CSV file.
· Organize classes, teams, workshops, shifts, projects, and any other group of people.
· Mark people as present or absent to include or exclude them from group creation.
· Set attributes such as experience level, willingness to help, attendance, and gender.
· Define relationships between people: compatible, workable, or incompatible.
· Generate groups by people per group or by number of groups.
· Balance skills, willingness to help, and gender when those criteria are relevant.
· Keep compatible participants together and avoid incompatible combinations.
· Reduce repeated pairings using your grouping history.
· Review the quality of each result and move participants manually.
· Save groups, record outcomes, and learn from previous groupings.
· Share groups as text.
· Export results as PDF, CSV, or image with Team’Up Pro.
· Sync your data across devices with iCloud, when available.
· Create and restore complete backups.

Team’Up includes a free plan to get started, while Team’Up Pro expands your creation, generation, and export options.

Your data is stored primarily on your device and synced privately across your Apple devices using iCloud.
