We’ve been asking for this feature for years but just get told they will add it to their suggestions list. It is essential and the create task is grayed out on iPad and iPhone so it’s not functional on the go away from a desktop. ### 1/5 — Uninstalled. *2022-04-03, version 2.0.0* Had to remove the updated app. If you click on a link inside a ticket it opens a web view that can’t be “backed” out of. Not being able to search via a url structure is also annoying. The new ticket URL works (most times) but not the search one. Sadly I’ve had to uninstall this. ### 1/5 — Please bring back the old app! *2022-03-23, version 2.0.0* Is there any possibility that you can bring back the old native app? It was really great and reliable. The new webviews are a pain with a lot of problems, long loading times, you always start on the overview page, when you open an attachment you have to close and restart the app since there is no „close“ option. All frames are wobbling and also the displayed information is worse than in the old app. ### 1/5 — Awful useless update *2022-03-21, version 2.0.0* Worse than ever now, this is just a minimised web view clunky and difficult to navigate on a phone.
