Just update and it’s yours. ### 2/5 — No iOS notifications *2024-12-18, version 3.44.0* Web app is good but iOS app is half baked. Still no iOS notifications for new tasks or comments to you, have been asking for this for years but just get told they will add to their suggestions list. ### 2/5 — Board gone *2024-12-16* What happened to the board view in the mobile app? The latest update seems to have removed it. There’s not much more important functionality than that! ### 1/5 — Don’t get it *2024-05-28* I don’t understand how an app can be so blatantly bad when the one for the phone is more usable. I just logged in and it showed one item in My Work (under All). I have 20 items for this week and it shows 1? Bad app for a good company. They fixed in a timely manner, but then I realized hardly anything is getting synced. It has been several years and we still do not have parity. Not even close. ### 1/5 — Calendar is train wreck *2024-01-03* The calendar is always shows the wrong year. This has been a serious issue for over 6 months and it still hasn’t been fixed. ### 1/5 — FIX THE CALENDAR! *2023-11-16* If you select the calendar view, it shows the calendar for the previous year and NOT the current year. This has been a issue for ever a year and Teamwork refuses to fix the problem. ### 1/5 — So close, but nope *2023-11-05* Frustrating using the app vs online. One example, we can’t edit or add a contact/people within the app, we need that ability. It’s a mobile app!! We need to be able to archive a project that is complete, but we need the ability to unarchive it and duplicate to a second project like it, so we don’t have to type it in again. We need to work smarter not harder. We’re testing the free account for now, because we can’t justify spending money on an app that’s so limited from the online version. We have more issues, I’ll post them later. In the meantime, we’re searching for other software for our team. ### 1/5 — Lots of features missing from the app *2023-08-15* Yet another work group app that doesn’t help us if the features online aren’t on the app. I do like their calendar, it’s one of dozens of apps that will let you add an event vs just a task start and deadline. Kudos on that part. But I can’t add or edit contacts (people they call it) on the app. That’s useless if I’m on the go. ### 2/5 — Calendar opens wrong year *2023-05-21* Constantly shows 2022 calendar instead of current year (2023). ### 2/5 — Disappointing barely useful app *2023-03-18* I’ve searched through 15 project managers with most lacking a company calendar and that you can add an event, not just a task deadline, so good job, teamwork. I liked teamwork the most, but they can’t get our teamwork spaces area fixed for weeks now, we’re about to ditch tw completely. I was surprised how a lot of desktop features were missing from the app (including spaces). Like you can’t add companies or people from the app!! That’s not convenient when I’m away from my desk. There’s other issues, that I’ll make a list and post later. ### 1/5 — Terrible app. Esp for a paid service. *2023-03-18, version 3.26* It feels like a curse that my client forces me to use teamwork. Every aspect of the UI and especially this mobile app is a bungle of confusion. So frustrating to use. Not shocked to see many similar reviews. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work since TW update *2023-03-06* I’ve sent a screenshot and message to support about the app not fitting on my phone, but have really been advised if this a local setting on my phone or an issue with the app. Prior to the new formatting of teamwork, the app worked flawlessly and I loved it. I’ve now deleted the app. It’s useless if I can’t login to my account. ### 1/5 — Non-functional, poor customer service *2023-02-14* I am so frustrated with the app and the website. It really only works effectively on a desktop. Unfortunately for me, I work exclusively in the field and use mobile devices. On a mobile device the app and website are almost non-functional for my purposes. I have emailed the help desk multiple times. They are always good for an exchange of one or two emails, and then they ghost me without having solved any problems. My blood pressure goes up just looking at the t. icon on my phone. If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. ### 1/5 — They got this app soooo wrong. *2023-01-26* I’ve been with TW projects for years. They used to be super focused on customer success. And per the usual, once companies like this take VC/PE money, the founders get rich, the customer gets pushed to the back seat and the product suffers. This app is a NIGHTMARE. I can not wait until June when I am taking my business elsewhere. And I feel bad. The workers in Cork are lovely people, it’s the mission and vision that is handicapped in pursuit of money. Sad sad sad. Look elsewhere. And what’s funny is people are calling out the bugs left and right and the developers on the iOS team is “disappointed” that people are actually taking the time out of their day to give other people a heads up. I’ve sent 4 videos in the past 2 days with app bugs for support to pass along. As the iOS team, you folks should be all over this. We pay good money. And the app clearly isn’t living up to helping us work more efficiently, effectively or even productively. ### 1/5 — Une version mobile inutile *2023-01-19* Je suis triste de voir que la version mobile est à des années lumière de l’interface desktop. L’application en est inutilisable. De plus, il semble impossible de changer la langue. Ça en devient risible quand on voit les tarifs de l’outil. It freezes all the time, the timer doesn’t work properly, comments don’t appear, you can’t access closed tasks, it’s a mess!! ### 1/5 — One Giant Error *2026-02-24* This app was never good, but in recent weeks it literally has zero functionality. I tried updating my iOS, I deleted the app and reinstalled and the Home Screen continues to read “Sorry an error occurred. Please try again later” I’ve been a customer for years and my business used to rely on this project management software. There has been zero communication about what’s happening, their timeline for fixing the app or how they plan to compensate customers for their massive failures. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2026-01-28, version 3.59.0* The app does not work! ### 1/5 — People edit *2025-05-18* How do I edit existing contacts in the app? Oh wait, you can’t. How can I add people/contacts in the app? Oh wait, you can’t. This app would be great with a few more features from the desktop version. We finally found management software that would work for us, but the mobile version just won’t cut it. We’ve given feedback. No response. We’ve complained. No response. So, we will not upgrade from the free version until they fix this. And yes, we did try the paid version, but there’s no change in features in the app. So, good luck if you go with this app. ### 1/5 — Absolute trash *2025-04-14, version 3.48.0* Absolute trash app. • Can only @ 1 person in comment • receive multiple notifications EVERY notification instead of just 1 • overall embarrassingly bad ### 1/5 — People *2025-03-11, version 3.47.0* You can’t add or edit people from the app. Huge waste of time! The app really lacks from the desktop version. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work whatsoever *2024-10-30* I downloaded the app and logged in, but the mobile app does not show any of my projects, tasks, task lists, nothing created on desktop. It looks like a demo account and is completely unusable to manage my team and projects. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Can’t add or edit people *2024-10-16* Our biggest frustration with the app is that we can’t add or edit people (contacts) in the app, we have to switch to the desktop version, which defeats the purpose of using a mobile app. ### 1/5 — Went from passable to terrible in one update *2024-06-27* Filtered results went from showing main tasks to all tasks that possibly fit the filter criteria. This changed the app from being relatively useful for project monitoring to being pretty much USELESS. I’d have previously given the app a 3-4 rating. Then they killed the one thing I used it for regularly. I’ve read a number of other reviews. (There aren’t many.) I have to agree with the generally unfavorable sentiments. **Developer response:** Hi there, I have some good news - we do indeed support those features! Tap on the second tab from the left in the tab bar on the bottom of the screen (with a project/folder icon) and you’ll have full access to all of your projects - just like with the old app! For some reason when I go into messages I get access denied then click ok and can get past it. I would love to see an ability to view the gantt chart on the app like you can on the desktop. Apart from that the app is great ### 4/5 — Could use more features, but good enough when I can’t be on desktop *2022-11-02* I’m able to use the most important features from desktop on the app, which is good, but it really leaves me wanting. Two main things I wish I could do on the app: Duplicate tasks and create boards. In general, I’d also like to be able to create recurring tasks with the due date adjusted accordingly. So if it’s a weekly task and I need it done each Thursday, it can update. ### 4/5 — Good app, could be better *2021-09-12, version 3.1.3* Love the app, great for work, the only problem is that you can’t upload photos in bulk. You have to upload one file or photo at a time. A big time expense is incurred for our company. The loading speed is particularly slow.
