I then deleted it a few day later and tried again. Eventually I got it to work and I signed in without any problems. BUT NOW IT KEEPS GLITCHING AND WON’T LOAD AND IT IS GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATING! Tried to sign up on both, both of us had an error about a ‘password fetch fail’ or something along those lines. Tried registration multiple times. Thought I’d try again, the SMS wouldn’t resent since it was in the same 2 minute block. Eventually managed to register using the same OTP, displayed the 50% promo to staff at Fountain Gate who advised they can’t use it because they have their own $5.20 drinks promo (not actually advertised anywhere). Took us a while to get the app ready for nothing. Staff didn’t want to scan barcode for loyalty. Bought a drink each but won’t be back/using the app, at least not until these bumps are smoothed out. ### 1/5 — Fail update *2019-02-19, version 2.0.1* I’ve updated to the latest version and I’m lock out of my account, even tried to reset my password and fails to change ### 1/5 — Didn’t offer me a free drink *2019-02-11, version 1.7* Brought 10 drinks and scanned the code each time. When I checked later I got a 50% coupon off but nothing about a free drink. No worries, if you don’t want to bother fixing the problem you’ll keep on losing more customers.
