Recomiendo pasar de esta app. No sirve, solo para sacarnos datos. ### 1/5 — La App no funciona *2023-02-16, version 3.10.3* Tenemos abono en el Real. Accedemos a través de la página web del Teatro Real con nuestro usuario y contraseña y realizamos las distintas gestiones. Sin embargo, introducimos ese mismo usuario y contraseña en la App, y primero dice que “La cuenta no existe” Intentas entonces ir a “Crear mi cuenta”, o bien a “He olvidado mi contraseña”, y empieza un calvario de correos electrónicos y mensajes de que el usuario sí existe pero tu contraseña es incorrecta, o de que te ha cambiado la contraseña y luego te sigue diciendo que La cuenta no existe, que lo único que consigues es perder el tiempo y no avanzar nada. No es un problema puntual, porque desde hace varios meses tiene este problema. Por cierto, para la siguiente ópera, Aquiles en Esciros, la función de bajarte las entradas al Apple Wallet, que es muy útil y funcionaba perfectamente hasta ahora desde la web del Teatro Real, también ha dejado de funcionar. Una pena.
