I find it cumbersome to double check my receipts instead of quickly seeing if I was the spender. Each time I try, I'm forced to reset everything, but even after that, I still can't access my account. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times, but they were unable to help. On top of that, they aren’t even answering my calls anymore.
