Appli bourré de beug ### 1/5 — Nul *2025-03-01, version 4.17.4* Premier trajet ok, deuxième ok. Troisième, le chauffeur ne passe pas à l'arrêt, la tec vous dit que c'est votre faute, le chauffeur peut changer d'arrêt selon ses envies. Et donc je rate le bus à la demande, et celui ci me déduit le trajet quand même ! C'est honteux ! Une médiocrité les service publique de transport en Belgique ! Je veux être rembourser !!! Et cela ne fini pas, maintenant 2 mois que je prend se bus a la demande et j'ai déjà due appeler 4 fois le SAV. Ils prétendent que je ne paye pas le trajet pour la 2e fois. Je me retrouve avec mon compte bloquer et je dois recontacter encore et envoyé les preuve de virement bancaire donc JE PAYE BIEN ! Par contre je fais un virement pour tenté de résoudre le problème par moi-même et recharge d'un crédit ( l'argent est bien débité de mon compte mais sur l'app le crédit n'apparait pas) cela s'appelle du vole ou en étant politiquement correct eux vous diront un bug mais non ! Et je ne parle pas des chauffeurs...
