I’ve tried other apps that just send me notifications, which I’ve always just ignored, but this is the first app that’s actually gotten me to stop staring down 90 degrees at my phone! You can set the angle, frequency of notifications, and set it to stop when it is stationary, so if you set your phone at an angle while you’re doing something else it won’t yell at you.
