There are no written instructions for the exercises, only a video so it’s hard to tell if you’re doing them right. ### 5/5 — Love it *2021-02-05* I play pokemon go, a lot. I have been seeing a chiropractor and massage therapist and still have so much pain. My dr. Diagnosed my pain as tech neck. I ran across this app while researching helpful exercises. This app had mad a world of difference! I am in so much less pain and the exercises absolutely work. They are easy and you can do them anywhere, multiple times a day.
