I have been a Tech Insurance customer for over 8 years. When I lost my phone, I submitted all the requested documents, including proof that it was mine. They kept asking for more information, and after making me wait for almost two months, they rejected my claim.

If they had told me from the beginning that the claim would be refused, I wouldn’t have wasted two months waiting. In the end, I had to buy a new phone myself. Very disappointing experience.

Tried to make 2 claims for devices that were damaged in the same accident. Both time both documents were rejected, not much information was given to explain why, it took days of calling and speaking on live chat to finally get through to someone to tell me what I needed to do, but even then it was hard as I had deleted the old emails and they would not accept screen shots from the retailers
