Can’t find anywhere for tech support as it just sends you to the main website which doesn’t seem set up for mobile. Tried to log in there and finally entered all my product details and it lead to a page that no longer exists and nothing has saved. I filed a claim because of accident loss. They rejected it on technical basis that I was using other sim in phone. I had one device damaged, repairer didn’t show up after taking payment for it. They cancelled my that claim as well. When I lost my phone, I submitted all the requested documents, including proof that it was mine. They kept asking for more information, and after making me wait for almost two months, they rejected my claim. If they had told me from the beginning that the claim would be refused, I wouldn’t have wasted two months waiting. In the end, I had to buy a new phone myself.
