## What is TechBench HVAC?

TechBench is the iPhone tool for solo HVAC and plumbing contractors who do not need a multi tech back office. Quote on the driveway, log every cylinder pull and recovery, and export a three year audit CSV when the EPA asks for it.

BUILT FOR ONE TRUCK

Housecall Pro, Jobber, and ServiceFusion are priced for shops with two or more techs. Their Solo tiers strip out the workflow you actually need. TechBench is the opposite. One technician. One iPhone. Flat pricing, no upsell ladder.

EPA SECTION 608 LEDGER

Every cylinder pull, recovery event, and leak incident is logged with technician cert number, GPS, cylinder barcode, refrigerant type, weight added, weight recovered, leak size, and repair action. Entries are SHA 256 hash signed and stored on the device. Three year audit CSV export, mapped to 40 CFR 82.166.

BRANDED PDF QUOTES

Single page US Letter PDF rendered on the iPhone via Apple PDFKit. Shop branding band, customer block, line items, totals, deposit, terms, expiration. Share via email, SMS, AirDrop, or Files. Replaces the photo of a paper form you currently text to the customer.

  Customer signature pad with integrity hash

WHO IT IS FOR

Licensed solo HVAC and plumbing contractors. Single truck operators, F-150 plus service bed and a sufficiently old iPhone. Anyone tired of paper plus Photos plus Google Sheets for the workflow one app should do.

WHAT IT IS NOT

Not a multi tech dispatch tool. No QuickBooks sync, no Stripe deposits, no Apple Watch dispatch in v1. We do not advertise features we have not built.

PRIVACY

All quotes, cylinder logs, customer records, and PDFs stay on the iPhone. No analytics SDKs, no ad networks, no telemetry. The audit CSV is exported via the iOS share sheet on demand.

SUBSCRIPTION

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings, Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
