## What is TechLink?

A tool to allow Alarm Technicians to manage Service Jobs and access Alarm panel data for any site that is back-to-base monitored by CAMS in real-time.

Features:

- No need to phone the monitoring station to set a site On Test.
- View live history of alarms in real-time.
- Speed up your service calls by viewing the activity through the app without phoning the Monitoring Station.
- Advanced permission-based security lets you as the Bureau Administrator to select other TechLink users, like your employees or sub-contractors, to access sites and service jobs.
