Not only does it do this, but it also helps with conditioning, stretching, strength, and mentality. My only complaint with Techne is that after your 7 day free trial, everything is locked. There is nothing that you can train with unless you subscribe to a subscription, which quite frankly I don’t need to spend the money when I can do these drills without an instructor.
