Lots of basic fails make this app awful to use. No forgot password link at login No easy way to upload a receipt on mobile app Clunky desktop app, makes you save every time you click. 10 steps when all end users want to do is click on the expense and upload a receipt. Takes me three times as long as manual reconciling of expenses. Why bother
