After the "update" no manuals will load, it just sits and spins.

When critical information is needed to be accessed for an in flight issue; being stuck on a loading screen, waiting for an email code to login, or changing your password every month is terrible design.

I find this app incredibly difficult to use on a daily basis. The function and flow of the app has no intuitive design. I receive updates for aircraft I do not fly. The update process has now crashed the app and I cannot gain access to required files.

It is been almost impossible to use it nowadays. Most of the times it is opening any manual from the home screen, and when it opens, is after a long waiting time. Application and manual are updated.

Não roda apropriadamente.
Se fizer o logout não conectará novamente. 
Aplicativo deveriam funcionar como as aeronaves do fabricante, porém a embraer está apanhando demais para desenvolver um app eficiente. Lamentável!!!

Every time I go to log in to update is denies access. My account is current and I have to contact customer support to get logged in. Just a crappy app. But I need it to keep everything current.

The app has all the needed information but it is not quick to access or intuitive. 
Too many steps to reach the document needed. 
App forgets shortcuts. 
App forgets user.
