I googled “techsee screen mirroring app” and found a Reddit conversation discussing it, which reminded me of how I got the app on my phone. This app is used by Google support. I had previously experienced an issue with my Nest cameras, and Google support requested I install the app so they could see what I was seeing in order to assist me. The app worked as intended, so I am giving it five stars. I simply didn’t think about uninstalling it right away, and then could no longer remember how it got on my iPad when I was later auditing apps. I previously gave TechSee one star, because I thought it was a rogue app. I’ve changed my rating since I now know why it was on my iPad. ### 1/5 — Mystery app *2025-03-11* When auditing my apps, I came across this. I have no idea what it is. I never install apps with such minimal number of reviews.
