Everytime I open app it redirects me to the app settings in iOS.

I like the app but after I updated to iOS 26.4 stopped working. I can’t even open it. Please fix this issue

Can’t use the app. New iOS update causes crash. Not sure why iOS update wasn’t tested while the update was still in beta. Pretty frustrating!

Jobs marked completed in TSM are not sending notifications to glassbiller to alert CSR to invoice the work order.

**Developer response:** Hey there, in GlassBiller you are notified through the notification system when a job is completed on techside.  You can choose to receive the notification via email, text, popup window.  Also, you can look at the scheduler and see which are completed.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I’m assuming the new update causing issue as I can’t see the map when I click on one of my jobs can y’all fix that please

Works for the most part. Much faster than the old version. I just wish I didn’t have to use the old version to see unit number or apartment number when there is one.

This version is much faster and better than the last one. The one thing I can’t seem to figure out is how to get my tips from the app.

**Developer response:** If you click on the "Setup" button on the dashboard.  It'll prompt you to add information about where you'd like your tip money sent.  Please let us know if you have any more questions.

It worked once, now I have several hundred balance and can’t get it to cash out when the deposit days come. Please help, it’s nice that yall help generate tips for the technician.
