## What is TechStack Manager?

TechStack is the notebook for the software you actually run. Put every project's stack in one place, keep API keys behind Face ID, and see what the cloud bill is doing — then hand the same data to Claude on your Wi-Fi through MCP.

YOUR STACK, IN ONE PLACE
• A project for every app you ship — SaaS, APIs, side projects
• A catalog of 400+ services you already use: languages, frameworks, clouds, databases, VPS providers, AI tools and more
• Start from a template (SaaS Starter, E-Commerce, Quick MVP) or add your own
• Architecture maps: environments, instances, and how services connect
• Export production or staging values as .env files when you need them

SECRETS THAT STAY YOURS
• Credential values are encrypted with AES-256 on the device before they are stored
• The key lives in Keychain, and can sync through iCloud Keychain
• Optional Face ID lock on the Credentials tab
• Expiry reminders so keys do not go stale
• MCP tools can list names, tags, and expiry — never secret values
• Turn AI credential access on or off globally in Settings, or per credential

WHAT YOU ARE SPENDING
• Add a subscription once with its start date — it accrues every period on its own
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and several plans on a single service
• Log one-off purchases and usage as their own rows, on the day you paid
• A real payment replaces that period's estimate, so an overage month reads true
• Any window you like: last 30 days, this year, or a custom range
• Renewals due in the next 30 days, and spend split by project, service and category
