This app is not fit to be available to download. Can not control doors, areas etc etc.
Could be a powerful tool if it was tried & tested.

This app need to have a notification bar that updates on alarms, not just a button to press to check for active alarms with a manual refresh button on that is pointless. It needs real time notifications, whether they be push notifications or a banner at the top of the app. A great start, but you need to go on with the job.

I have installed this App on my iPhone 6s. The installation with Challenger 10 was surprisingly pretty straight forward. However something is wrong with the App. Once I select an item it can execute the command but I cannot go back to the Main Menu Screen. I have to power cycle my phone to be able to restart the App so I could see the Main Menu Screen again.

Agree with TSS Technician, it’s a great start but please add push notification on alarms. I mean if the Hills panel can do it surely it should be a breeze for a Tecom. Or at least make it possible for installers.

All the functions that I have tried work fine. However, I really thought some type of notification on alarm (eg. push) would be a necessity on a Security panel??? Please fix - Then will rate 5 stars!

Since to latest update  the app now has a lockup problem the only way to fix the issue
is to reboot the mobile phone.

I have a iPhone 6plus. App works even with a vpn.  I have the same problem though  once I select any second screen I cannot return to the home screen.
