Even disabling autosync dosent help. Even cheap systems have these options. ### 3/5 — Good start but needs to develop *2019-12-23, version 2.0.2* Much improved on Tecom Mobile. I have some feedback and improvement options below; -Even when sounds are enabled in iOS notification settings there is no tone when an alarm is present. Would be handy for the tone to be constant until the input is disarmed or isolated. -there is too much detail in the notification. Would be handy to edit and dictate what info is included in the notification message for each event. -It needs a challenger “status” when you first open the app that shows alarms, areas accessed or secured etc. you should be able to quick arm or disarm from here too rather than going into areas etc. -would be handy to see which inputs are programmed into which area. Ok for small sites but when you get a high number of devices it would be difficult to keep track. -Add in multi touch capability to arm and disarm from the app icon rather than having to open the app. Lastly, when the app has updated it has reset the notifications in the app to off. It’s not something you should need to go back into each time and restore after an update. Hatchy ### 4/5 — Notification Alerts *2025-11-18, version 2.0.10* Would be great to have customisable alert sounds built into this app that brings your attention to an alarm event. Air raid siren, bell etc. a lot of alarms are missed by the default low tone notification sounds ### 4/5 — Feature Request *2025-08-05, version 2.0.10* Great product and makes it simple to perform common tasks on the fly. Would be great if the order of the panels could be changed instead of having to configure in order of display preference. Additionally lift control to secure and access floors would be great. ### 4/5 — Notifications/Apple CarPlay *2025-07-31, version 2.0.10* App works great, only thing letting the system down is not having the ability to customise the app notification e.g. making it a critical alert. This would make a huge difference. Also, having the ability to have this as an Apple CarPlay I feel would be a great feature. ### 4/5 — Works well but Needs better audible alert for alarms *2025-02-19, version 2.0.10* My only criticism is that the push notifications make a very standard and subtle alert noise that is barely noticeable even when an alarm is raised. It would be much better if you could use custom alert noises for alarms and other notifications so you could know when your system is in alarm more easily and without having been lucky enough to glance at the screen at the exact time when it actually alarms. ### 4/5 — Great app but needs some new features *2024-07-28, version 2.0.9* App has been fantastic for my clients and myself when installing. We are technicians and we have hundreds sites in the app. To find a site in a hundred is a good challenge ### 4/5 — History export *2022-11-04, version 2.0.5* Would be good if you had an option in the history to be able to export the Alarms and Access directly to your mobile as an excel or/and a CSV file.
