Alors déjà t’es obliger de payer avant même de tester l’appli donc si t’aime pas c’est ton problème 😅

Ensuite Elle aurais pu être cool mais elle est mal faite! Ils vous proposent dinclure des routines sympa mais les mettents dans tout les sens mdr j’ai telecharger la routine coorenne pour visage et chaque tache est envoyer sans ordre précis apres tu retrieve a mettre ton serum avant ton nettoyant bref

Was very hopeful about this app. Even paid the subscription. But it is constantly an issue to use. It won’t check things off my to do list. When it does, it’s marked under the next day. My routines always have trouble loading and are constantly getting erased. Very disappointing and frustrating. Wish I could go back and save my money by never downloading this app. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Bonjour, alors moi j’ai téléchargé TeddyCare, j’ai payé 22 € et maintenant impossible de me connecter dès que je fais mot de passe oublié, ça me dit que mon adresse mail n’est pas liée à TeddyCare! Comment récupérer mon compte ou me faire rembourser ?

Si l’app indique que votre e-mail n’est pas reconnu, il se peut que l’achat ait été fait sans création de compte ou via une autre méthode de connexion (comme Apple ID). Concernant le remboursement, comme l’achat a été fait via l’App Store, vous pouvez le demander directement à Apple.

Once downloaded and after answers their initial questions you are automatically forced to buy and pay upfront no free trial. Once you close the app after initial download and payment, we have been unable to open the app again just sits on the opening screen and nothing loads or happens. Emailed app support didn’t get a response, overall just avoid this app and company!
