No way to contact customer service
Nobody showed up to mow for my 3rd scheduled mowing and there is no way to contact customer service or anyone! I paid for 5 services and got 2. Not happy!!!
Subscription
I purchased a subscription for 4 mowings. The first mow went right on track. The second one that was due on Sunday the 11th of July, has still not been completed! I have contacted tedious, about 6 times. I was told I wold get a credit and they would come and more the lawn. Still, nothing. It is hard to contact tedious. All they offer is a text message, that I did not get a reply, until I contacted them for the third time.

This has given me my summer back!
I've been using this since spring. At first I was just going to use it once or twice while I fixed my lawnmower, but now I'm hooked. I don't have much free time, and I'm so glad to not be trying to mow the lawn before sundown or to be rebuilding a carburetor!
