However, beware when signing up for a discounted course—there’s an automatic $5/month Allstate Roadside Assistance subscription buried in the offer details. We only caught it after a year and could only get a partial refund, so we paid more than full price overall. For example, there are some points that are repeated 5-6 times, which can get frustrating especially when trying to learn new things about driving. Takes forever to get through cause they have a timer on the pages for when you can go to the next page (that doesn’t even work right) and it locked me out for 20 hrs cause I didn’t pass a security question even though it didn’t ask me anything. ### 2/5 — There are very few videos *2025-12-04* There’s only a video every two classes and it’s 30 seconds. The videos are just there to say that they have them. They’re not actually useful if your kid has trouble reading. It’s repetitive, but only moves all the useless stuff to the beginning. The app though. It is so annoying. Whenever you leave a lesson, the time resets. So if I just exit the app for a second, it resets the time limit. Ok, not great but not terrible. But the worst part is, it doesn’t reset the countdown. So every time I leave, it shows me having less time left than it thinks I do, and when the continue button unlocks from the countdown (not the actual, reset time) it gives me a message telling me to wait until the timer finishes. And go back and redo the entire duration. Again. Developer, please fix the issue it’s making your app really annoying and troublesome to use, ultimately making the course take longer as opposed to making it easier. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for the detailed feedback!
