Even when their site it states “ shipping within 7-10 days.” ### 1/5 — bro. *2023-05-23, version 3.2* i put my order in a month ago, sent numerous messages and emails and i have gotten left on read and delivered. i have still not received my order after almost spending $50. ### 1/5 — buyer beware *2023-03-31, version 3.1* i ordered 4 shirts on february 4th. the order was received and money taken out of my account. nothing was ever shipped. they only responded once to my numerous emails and messages to say a shirt was backordered. i waited another month after being told that and still nothing. i requested a refund no response. i had to file a claim to eventually be refunded after almost two months of wondering and waiting with no updates no customer service no shirts. if it wasn’t for paypal and me filing a claim in time i’m sure i would NOT have ever received my money back. thanks for wasting my time teen hearts. you tried to scam me. make sure to look them up on the better business website and you’ll see i’m not alone in this experience with them. scamming is apparently a regular business practice for them. ### 2/5 — Be careful if ur not in USA…. *2022-11-13, version 2.5* If you’re shopping outside the US be aware that even if you use the option to change the currency (it showed me that everything was now CAD) it is still in USD and won’t show you until after your purchase when you realize your credit card was charged more for the conversion, including the $12 shipping. They won’t cancel orders and don’t accept returns outside the US. They have a really great selection and I am looking forward to the shirts I ordered but I wouldn’t have purchased them knowing the actual price and the no returns policy…. I did receive the free gift which arrived dirty/damaged. I’ve seen other reviews about this app being a scam and I’m starting to believe it. They’re more worried about pleasing themselves than pleasing the customers.. ### 1/5 — Missing Items, Misprinted Shirts, Etc. *2022-07-14, version 2.2* I placed an order from Teen Hearts for 2 sweatshirts. I was super excited for them to come in as I love their designs. The package arrived on time, however; one of the two sweatshirts were missing, and the design on the other sweatshirt was misprinted. I sent an email asking if they could send me a replacement for the missing shirt and a new shirt for the one that was misprinted. They said they couldn’t send me the shirt they forgot but that they could send a replacement for the misprinted one. I just received the replacement today and it is misprinted even worse than the first one. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS WAS $60 DOWN THE DRAIN FOR ME! ### 4/5 — sizes *2022-05-25, version 2* i thought it would be nice if the sizes would be written under pictures of models wearing the clothes sold ### 3/5 — I mean the clothes look nice but *2022-04-02, version 1.8* The clothes are good quality but each time I’ve ordered from them it took so long for me to get the packages I had forgotten I bought anything. I do suggest this app, but only if you are aware you may never know when it will arrive. ### 4/5 — GENTLE WASH! *2022-03-16, version 1.8* I had finally decided to buy shirts from them after just browsing for about a month. I bought two shirts, which I really liked and washed them once I got them. After they got washed, they came out pretty faded. I was really bummed that the first time I wore them they didn’t look good. Next time I will for sure wash them on a gentle wash and air dry. They also agreed that they’re homophobic and racist. My order number is 500047. I placed the order on August 3rd and it’s September 26 and I haven’t received anything. The 10-15 days processing is a lie, as well as the fact that they’ve “just moved warehouses”. None of the shirts I ordered were on backorder OR out of stock yet here we are. If you look it up they’ve been using that excuse for YEARS. Have a lot of hippie clothes I like and other things that make me raise my eyebrow. The clothes are good quality and they don’t take too long to deliver. Definitely worthwhile.
