Teen Hive is the neighborhood job app built specifically for teens — connecting teens with local families for real work, real pay, and real experience.

Browse local jobs like babysitting, tutoring, yard work, dog walking, and tech help — all within your community. Teens can apply in seconds, build their reputation through reviews, and post their own services so families can find them directly.

Parents can post jobs in minutes, browse teen profiles with real ratings, and connect with trusted local teens for help around the house.

Every user is verified. All communication stays in-app until both parties are comfortable. No strangers from the internet — just neighbors you can count on.

Teen Hive isn't a global gig platform. It's your street, your block, your community. Every job is local, every connection is real, and every opportunity is earned.

Version 1.1.1 - Safety Update

We've made significant improvements to keep teens and families safe on Teen Hive.

- Parent approval required — teen accounts now require a parent or guardian to approve via email before the teen can access the app

- Mandatory profile photos — all users must add a profile photo before using the app so everyone knows who they're connecting with

- Meeting safety code — when a job is accepted both the teen and parent receive a unique 3-word code. The teen says the code when they arrive to confirm they're the right person for the right job

- Dual job completion — parents mark a job complete, then teens confirm before it counts toward their profile. Either party can flag a dispute which gets reviewed within 24 hours

- Pre-meeting safety checklist — a safety reminder appears in every new chat reminding both parties to video call first, meet somewhere visible, and tell a trusted adult where they're going

- Jobs completed now shows on every teen profile and card so parents can see their track record

- Bug fixes and performance improvements
