It’s not working at all. Application out of service from server . How you trust about service?

Please don’t get cheated with these thieves. I paid for a money transfer on the 17th and until now there no single penny is been transferred. 
Such a disappointment!!!! I lost 99 pounds :(

I sent money through their app by 18th of April 2025 but by mistakenly i sent the remittance amount and then secondly sent the service fee but i sent them emails calls no response at all. The app says they didn’t receive the payment at all but my bank app shows they received it already.
