Have to keep trying until eventually the app works. Come on there must be a lot of money being spent on this service. ### 1/5 — Totally unreliable as a ‘service.’ *2024-10-08, version 4.17.4* If you can book a ride, it’s fine. ‘If’ being the operative word. There’s no schedule you can view. The app is constantly experiencing ‘high demand’ an tells you to try later. If a ride is available you have a matter of seconds to tap the ‘book’ option before the ride is suddenly no longer available. ‘High demand’ busses arrive empty. If you do manage to book a ride into town there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to get one home again. We used to have a bus come through the village once in the morning and again in the afternoon. Not always convenient but it was reliable - now we have this mess, but presumably it’s cheaper for Stagecoach to administer, so it’s better the shareholders I suppose. ### 1/5 — Another Houchen Rip Off *2022-07-04, version 4.3* Absolute waste of time. There’s nothing flexible about it. You can’t schedule rides and can never actually get a ride. Really good service thanks. ### 5/5 — Once you use tees flex you don’t want to use any other bus. *2024-04-13, version 4.11.12* Tees flex is an amazing little bus takes you to and from your destination you can call if needed or you don’t no how to use the internet but they are great you can book in advance weeks ahead to and pick times or arrival time and if available they will bring times up for you to book you get a notification via text or email stating ur bus is 30 mins away,15 mins away and also when it’s 5 mins away you can also track your bus on the map provided on the app which is amazing to do so you know exactly we’re about Your driver is, it’s better to book ahead of your self if you want as ur not alway guaranteed to get the time your after if fully booked and if you decide u want a bus short notice or same day you can still book. You pick your to and from of your chosen areas. This bus does Skelton,loftus,Brotton,Guisborough & so on it takes u all over these areas including Redcar, so it’s were covers Redcar and Cleveland but also includes James cook hospital an nunthorpe train station or the ormesby one I’m not 100% certain it does also cover other areas but I don’t know what they are an depending on areas they may need to change your coverage. This bus is great you get lovely friendly drivers very professional greet you with a smile and always happy to help it’s loads cleaner and an much better & quicker drive I love this bus. The staff on phone are also really polite and friendly, it’s cheap and cheerful too and another bonus if u book a return it’s pay full fair there and u pay half the price going on your return sometime it doesn’t show up the return at there end so you let the driver know and they change it to the half of the cost on way home only if it’s a return though but like I said once used tees flex you won’t ever want to go on another bus again. I still get charged for them cancelled rides .
