I was then informed my taxi was cancelled as their is no cars in the area but on my app it was telling me that the taxi was still booked. After discussing the issue with the phone operator I realised during the phone call after me saying the taxi was not cancelled they cancelled my booking and told me to go elsewhere. Not happy with the efficiency and customer care youse have provided. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2018-12-07, version 12.15* Not very user friendly in my opinion.
