I ordered a taxi for 8am and it was cancelled so I ordered a second, after a 30 minute wait I decided to phone the company to question how long it would be while having the app open on my iPad as I was giving my details. I was then informed my taxi was cancelled as their is no cars in the area but on my app it was telling me that the taxi was still booked. After discussing the issue with the phone operator I realised during the phone call after me saying the taxi was not cancelled they cancelled my booking and told me to go elsewhere. Not happy with the efficiency and customer care youse have provided.

Not very user friendly in my opinion. Doesn't let me select my address.

The developer of this app needs to update it to work with iSO 11. 

I’ve used it before and really like the app. Please update ASAP so I can use it again.

Use teesside cars a fair bit, having received a text from them when ordering a taxi advertising their app I thought I'd give it a try, when I put my number/name in it says input code from sms... Well I've tried twice now since yesterday and both times I haven't received a text....

This is a good App BUT it doesn't let you track the taxi like it's supposed to.. Fix this and Iwould be giving 5 Stars
