I keep getting an error message stating that my password is incorrect for my email on file. I send the request for “Forgot Password” and receive the message that a link to reset my password has been sent to my email address. Today alone, I have attempted this 5 times. They have not sent me the email with the link to complete the process. In all the years that I have had this app, it has NEVER allowed me to sign into my account. I have had a store employee, in store, help me on 4 occasions, including today, attempt to reset my access. Even that has not resolved the problem. It is not a computer glitch, it is the programmer that wrote the program that is the problem.
