I have attempted to use this app repeatedly.  I keep getting an error message stating that my password is incorrect for my email on file.  I send the request for “Forgot Password” and receive the message that a link to reset my password has been sent to my email address.  Today alone, I have attempted this 5 times.  They have not sent me the email with the link to complete the process.  In all the years that I have had this app, it has NEVER allowed me to sign into my account.  I have had a store employee, in store,  help me on 4 occasions, including today, attempt to reset my access.  Even that has not resolved the problem.  It is not a computer glitch, it is the programmer that wrote the program that is the problem.  Oh, and Yes, I have deleted the app several times and reinstalled it—still won’t work!

I have tried creating an account and keep getting validation errors message. I can’t even send a message from the app

**Developer response:** Hello Aory08, we have recently updated the app, try updating it and see if that helps. If not, go to savers.teetsfoodstore.com and register there. Once you've registered there, you should receive a Welcome Email from Loyalty Lanes, follow the instructions in the email, and you should be all set. If not, give us a call, 337-363-1839
