Paid for subscription and it don’t work. Contacted the support team and they ignored my complaint. I reached out through their support option only to be responded with unconvincing and cunning replies . I indicated since I am unable to access the service on my iPad and not even on my iPhone because I deleted the app , they should cancel and refund. They refused !!!! I asked then they can fix the access option and that one too refused . Becareful of paying anything for their shambolic service .
